First Time Edit

My first time editing another classmate's work was not easy. It was hard to determine the right marks to use and whether or not to delete certain parts. Another person's work is hard to interpret sometimes especially if they aren't there to decipher your problem with their work. After a few readings of their work you might be satisfied with the editing you marked, but it is always safe to go through one more time to check spelling mistakes. It's difficult to do sometimes with another person's story also because you know a lot of time and effort went into that story and the author knows as well as you do about the mistakes that are most easily and commonly made.
